I am pleased to offer my warmest congratulations to the International Society of Bionic Engineering (ISBE) to celebrate its 10th Anniversary. 

Over the past decade, the ISBE has developed into an Internationally recognised Society committed to excelling in professional training, researches, and engagement with society. It established strong platform for cross-discipline collaboration in application of biological methods and system found in Nature to the study and design of Engineering systems and modern technology. I am sure that ISBE will continue to success in the advancement of Bionics Engineering. 

I joined the ISBE as a founding member 10 years ago and I have derived great benefit from its activities and from collaborating within ISBE. On this very special occasion, I would like to wish the 10th anniversary celebration of ISBE a fruitful and memorable event. I wish all members of ISBE continue to success in their future research and career development.
