On the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the ISBE, I would like to express congratulations in the name of myself and my colleagues  to the Society for its great achievements.

I do represent a group from the University Politehnica Bucharest, Romania, trying to improve quality of life and health enhancing materials performance with bioinspired materials.

We feel deeply that bringing together people having biomimetic research as main topics and exchanging ideas in many meetings, specific journals, reports and actions for the young, ISBE is an important promotor in the field.

Despite the distance, we do strongly believe that we are close to ISBE actions now and in the future.
